This Hattie McDaniel full sheet of United States postage stamps is a commemorative Black Heritage edition released in 2005. The sheet has 20 thirty-nine cent stamps which have never been used. The picture of Hattie shows her from the night she won the Academy Award as best supporting actress for her role as Mammy. The backside of the stamp sheet has a short bio of Hattie on each stamp that says:

Entertained America as a movie actress, singer and radio and television performer. With her role in the 1939 film, Gone With the Wind, she became the first African American to win an Academy Award.
