This is an authentic piece of wood from the original Margaret Mitchell house where she wrote her famous novel, Gone With The Wind. This approx. 1" piece of wood was aquired when the original apartment building, in which Margaret spent 10 years of her life writing the book, was vandalized and set on fire in the 1980's.
The piece of wood comes with a COA and a Margaret Mitchell House Sheila's building which measures 5.5" Tall x 7" Wide and is in excellent condition in original box. These two items would make a lovely and very unusual shadow box display.
