Due to the rarity of our collectibles and the fast turn-over rate, it would be impossible for us to offer an up to date printed catalog. Therefore, all available collectibles can only be viewed and purchased via our website. All items that are in stock and available to ship have an 'add to cart button.' Items that are not available will have an 'out of stock' button. ALL Sales FINAL on Sale Items, NO Returns/Exchanges.

Once an order is received it is immediately sent for processing, therefore we can not cancel an order once it has been processed.

Credit Card Orders: 
We process all orders through PayPal and only ship to the address you have registered as confirmed with PayPal as per PayPal's merchant protection policy. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure their shipping address is correct in their PayPal account.

Due to security issues, we accept Credit Cards through PayPal only, which our customers find 100% secure and easy to use. We never see your information such as credit card numbers, making your transaction safer!
Unfortunately we are unable to accept phone orders, therefore all orders must be placed online.

Online Ordering Security and Safety:
We have many security features to prevent fraud, including invisible security identity marks on collectibles.
Anyone trying to commit credit card fraud in any way will be investigated and prosecuted - this includes fraudulent charge backs. We work closely with PayPals fraud division as well as USPS and UPS to prevent fraud.
Orders over $200 will be shipped to confirmed addresses only and require signature confirmation for delivery. 

Your Credit Card statement will list the merchant for your order as

Sales Tax:
State sales tax will be added for all orders shipped to Florida.

To Order by Mail:
Please email us with instructions for sending a check or money order. Your item(s) will be held for 7 days; if your payment has not arrived within 7 days, your order will be cancelled and the item(s)added back into stock for sale.
Mail Orders are not accepted from Outside the USA/Canada.

Personal Checks:
Payment can also be made with e-checks through PayPal, if you wish to use this option, please select 'Pay With PayPal' when checking out. Personal checks accepted from USA customers only: If you mail a personal check, your order will ship when your check clears, which is approx. 10-15 business days.

Lay-Aways:
Orders over $200 may be put on Lay-Away for a 60 day (two month) period, items over $300 may be put on lay-away for 90 days.  A Minimum of 1/2 must be paid at the time of the order, the balance must be paid within 60 (or 90) days from 1st payment date. Sale items cannot be put on lay-away.
Once lay-away terms are agreed to, lay-aways can NOT be cancelled without customer agreeing to forfeit all previous payments made. If a lay-away order is not paid in full within one week of the agreed upon time frame, all monies paid will be forfeited, the lay-away will be cancelled and items resold. Terms may be extended in certain circumstances if you notify us before a payment is due.

Returns/Exchanges:
All collectibles are sold 'as-is.' Exchanges only upon approval, Sorry, no refunds. Exchanges are approved for incorrect items ONLY. No returns/exchanges on Sale items. We are not responsible or liable for the manufacturers "quality" of items or how collectibles may "age" over time. Since most of our collectibles are vintage and many years old, they are sold "as is" and not returnable due to perceived quality. Purchaser accepts these terms when ordering.
ALL exchanges MUST be approved within 7 days of receipt of order. If an item is sent back without prior authorization, the package will be refused. If a return is approved, you will be given a return authorization number which must accompany the returned merchandise.

Returned items will be checked for our security mark, if our security mark is not found, a refund or exchange will be denied. We implement this security feature to prevent the fraudulent return of damaged items we did not sell.
NO claims for refunds/exchanges will be initiated after 14 days. No insurance claims will be handled after 15 days. If an exchange is approved in any other case, it will be for items of same value minus a 20% restocking fee. All Shipping charges for returns and to ship the new item are the buyer's responsibility.
Exchanges will not be granted if we have not received the item bearing our security mark back within 14 days of original delivery date.

Merchandise must be returned in original condition in original box shipped via UPS or USPS insured. A return shipping address will be provided with return authorization number. We will refund shipping charges only if you received the wrong item, in which case shipping charges will be refunded for actual cost of shipping only, not any packing fees as the item must be returned in the same box it was originally shipped in.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged:
If your order arrives damaged or broken: You must save all packing material, box and labels. A claim will be filed with the appropriate carrier. When the claim is APPROVED and PAID, we will ship a replacement item (if available) or issue you a refund. A replacement item WILL be sent (if we can provide one) after the claim is paid.
The claim process can take up to 8 weeks, so please contact US - NOT PayPal - within 3 business days of any damage or problems with your order so we may handle it in the fastest way possible. You MUST save ALL original packing to turn over to the carrier, if you fail to do so, they will not approve the claim and we will not be held liable for the replacement of your item or a refund.

International Orders: If your item arrives broken or damaged, you must take the item and all packing material to your local post office and file an insurance claim. International postal regulations are now set up to pay you, the buyer, for damaged items. If you will be re-ordering a replacement for your broken item, please notify us as soon as possible.
