This VERY RARE "Mammy" Program was the first program printed for the movie in 1939.
This program version was cancelled and most copies destroyed when it was decided that showing a "colored" (Hattie McDaniel as Mammy pictured bottom right) on the back cover would cause problems in what were then racially tense times in the south.
It is believed that very few of these programs exist today as they were only distributed up "North" until the revised version was made, showing Alicia Rhett in place of Hattie McDaniel.
Program is in excellent condition for over 70 years old with no major issues.
