These policies are for  All GWTW Collectibles only.
For our affiliate stores policies, please visit their websites.
By placing an order, customer thereby agrees to all terms, conditions and policies.
USA Only: 
Orders will be shipped via UPS, USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail
within 10 business days from order date Except during peak Holiday season,
or if the item is a back order. Orders usually ship within 3-7 business days for Priority Mail and 7-14 days for economy.
Heavy items will be shipped UPS ground unless the customer requests
2 or 3 day delivery and pays the extra shipping charges.
If you need express shipping please contact us.
You will be sent a shipping confirmation email when order ships
with tracking information. Orders over $200 will be shipped to
confirmed (by Pay Pal) addresses only.

Shipping charges are calculated during check-out and are based on
the total sale amount and shipping method chosen by customer.

All fragile items will be fully insured.
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Florida or from various consigneees.
 *During Peak Holiday times, arrival may take 7-21 days*


For Orders over $500 or orders outside the USA
extra shipping may apply,  if so, you will be notified via email of the total cost.
***Extra heavy items may require extra shipping charges***
*Orders cancelled after they have been processed and packed
are subject to a 25% restocking/cancellation fee*

International shipping rates:
For orders shipped outside US:

Attention International Buyers:
Extra shipping fees MAY apply for all international
orders.  All Orders will ship Global Priority mail.
If extra shipping fees are required,
you will receive a PayPal invoice for the extra shipping
charges and your order will be sent when the invoice is paid.

We claim full sale value on all customs forms! All fees, duties and
customs charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not
included in sale or shipping price. We are NOT responsible
for damage caused by your countries customs department.
Canadian customers:  Orders can take weeks to clear Canadian
Customs, if your order has not arrived within 14 days please
contact your customs department.

Returns/Exchanges/Canceled Orders:

Exchanges only, sorry no refunds.
ALL exchanges must be approved within 7 days of receipt of order
before you send back the item, or it will be refused. 
Exchanges are approved only for defective or incorrect items.
If a return is approved, you will be given a authorization number which
must accompany the returned merchandise.
NO refunds/exchanges will be made after 14 days.
NO insurance claims will be handled after 15 days.
If an exchange is approved it will be for items of same value 
minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges.
Shipping charges for the new item must be paid by buyer.
Exchanges will not be granted if we have not received
the item back within 14 days of original delivery date.
Merchandise must be returned in original condition in original box 
shipped via UPS or USPS.
Return shipping address will be provided with return authorization number. We will refund shipping charges only if you received the  
wrong item. Shipping charges will be refunded for actual cost of shipping only, not any packing fees as the item must be returned in the same box it was originally shipped in.

Canceling an Order:
Once an order is received it goes for processing/packing immediately.
If you cancel your order, you will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Once an order is shipped it can not be cancelled.

If your item arrives damaged or broken:
You must save all packing material, box and labels.
A claim will be filed with the appropriate carrier and when they approve and pay the claim we will replace the item (if available) or issue a refund. A replacement WILL be sent if we can provide one.
*The claim process can take up to 45 days*
Please let us know within 3 business days of any damage.
If you do not have the original packing & box to turn over to the carrier, they will not approve the claim, therefore we are not held liable for replacement of your item.  

Unclaimed and Returned Orders:
If an order is returned to us as "undeliverable"
or not picked up at the Post Office by the customer,
the customer is responsible for all shipping fees 
to resend the order.

         Your Credit Card statement will list the merchant for your order as
All GWTW Collectibles / PayPal.

Collectibles: All sales final on collectibles. 
Most of our collectibles are vintage retired items and not new.
Therefore they are sold "as is" meaning they may have minor imperfections due to aging.  No guarantee is implied or given on these items. Please email us at sales @ allgwtw.com to ask any questions before ordering. 

We have many security features to prevent fraud.
 Anyone trying to commit credit card fraud in any way will be investigated and prosecuted.  This includes fraudulent charge backs. We work closely
with Pay Pals fraud division as well as USPS and UPS.
Orders over $200 will be shipped to confirmed addresses only and require signature confirmation for delivery.
